They are called visionaries, some label them dreamers—the individuals who achieve the impossible, turning wild imaginations into realities. In certain circles, they’re known as leaders; in others, simply managers. But no matter what title they carry, they share a common trait—a vision, a dream, and a future they relentlessly work to bring to life. When we examine the lives of those we consider successful—whether in business, technology, the arts, or other fields—we notice a shared foresight, a sense of purpose, and a mission to create change.
